We keep it minimal. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Your email address, when you join the list or create a free account.
- Your name, if you give it when contacting us.
- Saved recipes and preferences, if you create an account.
- Basic analytics — anonymised pages-viewed and device data, to understand what’s useful.
How we use it
To send you the weekly recipe email and account-related messages, to save your favourites, to answer your enquiries, and to improve the site. We do not use your data for anything you haven’t asked for.
The recipe email
When you join, we send a weekly recipe email through our email provider. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we act on it immediately. Unsubscribing removes you from the list but won’t delete an account you’ve created — contact us if you’d like that too.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how some features behave.
Sharing and third parties
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the site for us — our email provider, hosting and analytics — and only as far as they need it to do their job. Each is bound to protect it.
